CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to the staff and other guests, please provide a minimum of 6 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time and no-shows will be billed in full.

SPA ATTIRE AND AMENITIES

The Grand Harmony spa experience includes a co-ed whirlpool and relaxation lounge. For those desiring privacy, men’s and women’s locker rooms offer aromatherapy steam rooms and private relaxation lounges. Our lounges feature an assortment of complimentary snacks, coffee, and water. Luxurious robes, slippers, and grooming products are made available for your use. Your valuables are special — please do not bring them with you.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and enjoy the facilities. If you arrive late, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.

QUIET & HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment, please turn off cellular phones and electronic devices at the spa. Room and Beverage Services are provided. No outside food or beverages are allowed. Tobacco use is not permitted.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please inform the spa staff if you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, sunburn, or special needs prior to your treatment. Certain skin care products and waxing are not recommended while using specific prescription medications. If you have allergies, including seaweed, iodine, and nuts, please inform our staff. This will ensure that appropriate products are carefully chosen for you.

What do I need to bring with me to Grand Harmony Spa?

Please leave all your valuables at home. We will provide you with a robe, spa sandals, and grooming amenities during your stay. Should you want to take advantage of our co-ed whirlpool and wet lounge, please bring your bathing suit. If you plan to go out after your spa visit, you may want to bring your personal make-up bag.

For the first-time spa-goer, what treatment would you recommend?

You absolutely can’t go wrong with the Grand Harmony Signature Massage or the Grand Harmony Personalized Facial.

Do I wear my undergarments during a massage, bath, or body treatment?

For massage, it is not necessary, as you will be professionally draped at all times. However, your comfort is our utmost concern. You are welcome to wear your undergarments if you prefer.

For bath and body treatments, we provide you with disposable undergarments. Should you feel more comfortable, you may bring an old swimsuit. Be advised that fabric discoloration is a possibility.

What are your most popular treatments for women? For men?

Women love our Ultra Age-Defying Facial, Grand Harmony Soothing Stones Massage, and Sparkling Pomegranate Manicure and Pedicure. Men enjoy our Neck, Back, and Shoulders Massage and Modern Man Hand and Foot Treatment. Of course, couples love our Serenity Suite with a dual soaking tub and side-by-side massage tables.

Do men, in general, really enjoy spa treatments?

Absolutely! Many of our most regular guests happen to be men. We recommend the Men’s Refining Treatment, Neck, Back, and Shoulders Massage, and Modern Man Foot Treatment.

Do I tip my Treatment Provider? If so, how much?

It is customary to provide an 18% – 20% gratuity for spa services. At Grand Harmony Spa, we take the guesswork out of it for you by adding an 18% auto-gratuity for each service. Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your service, please be sure to let us know.

Will my insurance company pay for spa treatments?

Some insurance companies do cover massage treatments for some types of injuries. We recommend checking with your insurance company to find out if you qualify.
