Well, I didn't want to do this but all I'm getting is stonewalling and non-answers and my patience is running out. According to SecondSpin's help section it says it normally takes 3 business days to process shipments that you sell to them. Well it's been twice as long now and after contacting customer service multiple times I'm just told that they contacted the warehouse and they'll get back to me when they get back to me and asked me to be patient.

Not them, but I've used something sort of similar called paperbackswap.com for books, swapacd.com for CDs and swspadvd.com for DVDs. The way all of these sites work is that you post an item you have, you pay for shipping to the recipient, once they receive the item you receive a credit.

You'd think that seeing someone this upset may make them make it a priority but apparently not. I'm wondering if they contacted the warehouse at all. The shipment was delivered (tracking 9405 5036 9930 0060 1682 13), there are no errors on the address label and no one's doing anything to get me my money. No word on why it may be taking this long. 4. Wait for it to Review your Title

When it gets your discs, it takes around 3 business days for the order to be processed.

If it doesn’t accept one of your items, then you get an email to let you know. You can then decide whether you want to have your discs shipped back to you or allow SecondSpin to dispose of it for you.

5. Get Paid
